The theme of this year’s WiT Seoul is “The Next 20.” If the past 20 years of innovation were led by the internet, mobile, and social media, the next 20 years are expected to be shaped by artificial intelligence (AI) as the key turning point. Sessions will explore forward-looking discussions such as how AI will change the search and booking experience the role of travel intermediaries the re-examination of human values amid technological progress and a new travel renaissance created by the convergence of science and art.
